Q1. How do I place an order?

A1. Ordering at CustDe is easy. Placing your first order? Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address and payment information and you are home. If you need any assistance give us a call on 9828857999.

Q2. When will my order get shipped?

A2. We normally ship orders within 48 hours of placing the order, shipping can get delayed in case of public holidays.

Q3. How will my order be delivered to me?

A3. You can see estimated delivery date while placing the order, we use reputed logistics partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, Aramex, DTDC etc for shipping our orders but we can’t guarantee exact day delivery as shipments are managed by third party courier partners. As soon as your order is shipped you will get information on your registered mail id about the logistics partner and tracking id.

Q4. I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?

A4. Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone. Do call us on 9828857999

Q5. Can I cancel my order?

A5. If you wish to cancel your order, you can call us on 9828857999 with your order no. As long as your order has not been processed we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Q6. Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

A6. In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to [email protected] with your requirements and we will get back to you.

Q7. I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?

A7. Yes, because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product but we can cut the price on personal request.

Q8. How can I return or replace product?

A8. Returns are not allowed, however if there is any manufacturing defect we can replace the product. You just need to inform us either by mail on [email protected] or 9828857999

Q9. What is my account?

A9. Registering to the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us next time, making it faster to place future orders.

Q10. I forgot my password!

A10. Don't worry. We've got you covered. Here's what you need to do.

Step 2: Enter your e-mail ID

Step 3: Click on the Forgot Password link

A new password will be sent to your registered email. You can use that password to login to your Account and then reset it in the My Account section.

Q11. Where to track my orders?

A11. You can track your order for the latest information on delivery.

You will see a 'Track My Order' option on the top right corner of the page. Enter your order number & click on 'Track Now' to see the current status of your order.
