Cancellations

Because items are personalised, orders can be cancelled free of charge only before production starts (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). Write to us with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order is in production or shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Paid orders cancelled in time are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
